Our five weekly Yoga classes are perfect for beginners and the more experienced alike. Small class sizes ensure newcomers receive plenty of individual attention, and the "Flow-Style" nature of these classes, in which one pose flows organically into the next, are sure to gently improve strength, balance, and flexibility as they calm the mind and soothe the senses.

Pilates on the Mat with Kerry

Learn to strengthen, firm, and tone your abs! Once you learn the fundamentals of properly engaging the muscles in the abdominal core, you will always be able to maintain tight toned muscles. Pilates on the Mat is an ideal class for anyone who wants to get a great ab workout in a fun group setting.

Body Beautiful by Daniella

This cool new class incorporates not only cardio exercise, but also strength training and stretching… all set to music in our mirrored studio! This is no ordinary workout... as Daniella says, "You'll Be Fit to Live It!"

Eden's Body Blast

Circuit training at its most enjoyable! Keep your body in almost constant motion for sixty minutes as you work through the circuit. Blast through resistance training that targets every muscle group and cardio training that gets your heart-rate revving.
